Frequently Asked Questions - Shipping

Your bag(s) or case(s) will typically ship within one business day via UPS. When possible, your items will ship the same day that they were ordered, but this depends largely on the time the order is received. Orders are only shipped on non-holiday weekdays, so please keep that in mind when ordering later on a Friday or during the weekend. We'll begin processing your order as soon as it is received, but it could be the following Monday before it ships.

The shipping time for an order depends mostly on the shipping method - UPS Ground is standard, and is complimentary on orders over $74.95. For most addresses, this method will have your items to your door in 3 to 5 business days.

Expedited shipping is available, but the same policies apply – your order will typically ship within one business day. Please factor that processing time into your decision when considering your shipping method.

We do our best to update the shipping status of your order as soon as tracking information is provided by the shipper. Sometimes, though, we don't get the information in time to process it before your items are actually delivered. You can always get in touch with us at shipping@onlytravelbags.com if you're concerned about the length of time between your order and receiving tracking info. We may be able to email it directly to you without you having to wait on your online account to be updated.

Should your shipment arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact OnlyTravelBags.com via email at shipping@onlytravelbags.com so that we may file a claim with the shipping company. We may require your cooperation with the claim, as shipping providers will typically need to make arrangements to obtain the damaged shipment in order to evaluate the claim.

We are unable to offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, even if the order is over $74.95, because we would lose lots of money, quite frankly. For anywhere in the continental U.S., shipping charges for all of our products are pretty uniform, and very predictable. The cost is not much different to ship a case or bag to Maine than it is to ship to California. However, to ship to Alaska or Hawaii could cost more than the item's cost.

Obviously, we wish we could offer free ground shipping to AK and HI, but because of the size and weight of our packaging, it simply isn't feasible for us to do so. Thank you for your understanding.
