Frequently Asked Questions - Returns and Refunds

We are happy to accept returns, and we will refund the original purchase price. All returns must be in the original unopened packaging and in new condition. Also, returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the order.

There are no restocking fees or other handling charges when you return an item to us. However, we are unable to pay the return shipping from you to us.

Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturers of the products that we sell. We do not have spare parts/wheels, and we are unable to provide repairs in the event that your item is damaged. However, if you would like assistance with contacting a manufacturer for information on warranty claims or replacement parts, we are happy to help - just email us at warranty@onlytravelbags.com.
